Alan Hart's second novel. In this book we follow a doctor Richard Cameron on his journey to find a treatment for anemia. Dr. Cameron starts out in 1920's "Seaforth" which is a fictional town that represents Seattle. He connects with radiologist Sandy Farquhar. Neither of them conform to social or medical norms.
This book has a copyright notice of 1936. I have not researched if the copyright was renewed at the 28 year window which would keep it out of the public domain. It will go into the public domain in January 2032, even if it is not now. At that point I will not add a copy of it here, but if I do the research to confirm that it is in the public domain, I will. However, Oregon Health and Science University has a digital copy.
